Positive Customer Reviews Can Double Conversion Rates

SeniorAdvisor.com conducted a study with A Place for Mom (APFM) to determine the effectiveness of positive reviews on conversion rates for seniors' care facilities.

They started including reviews in emails that were sent from APFM Senior Living Advisors to their customers. They found that reviews with 5 star reviews had a 100% higher conversion rate than those facilities with no reviews. Those with 4 or 5 star reviews were 74% more likely to have a customer book a tour of the facility.

This third party verification of a facility's quality is important to customers. In a world where people are used to relying on online reviews to make purchases on Amazon or iTunes, it makes sense that online reviews would be a benefit to seniors' care facilites.
